Roseanna uses both traditional and modern techniques to make her bespoke jewellery, as well as redesigning old jewellery.What one marketing thing made a difference to their business? Being visible – using PR to speak to journalists and be a podcast guest including an appearance on the Financial Times podcast!What difference did it make to them and their business? When you are visible, people see you as an expert in your field and people get to see you more which in turn creates sales.
