Welcome back to the show everyone!! The first 30 mins of this episode is a chat about mental health/being in a bit of a rut so if you want to skip forward feel free lol The rest of the episode is a chat about questions we can ask ourselves to shift our perspective, change our behaviours and get what we want out of life! I discuss the neuroscience behind deep questioning, cognitive biases, and journalling. I hope you enjoy, and if you do don't forget to share it on IG and tag me @emma.currivan <3 JOIN TEAM EXCELLENCE COACHING To submit a question for a Q&A episode click here To join my FREE CIRCLE COMMUNITY click here 1MR Discount Code: EMMA10 Catch you in the next one xo Questions: How am I getting in my own way and holding myself back? What is the cost of this? How could I do this better next time, knowing what I know now? How am I creating my own suffering? Is the situation annoying, or am I being annoyed by it? Is this true? What if it works out and goes better than I imagined? What is this trying to teach me? (the teacher is silent during the test) When I am feeling my best, what are the actions that I am taking or what habits am I engaging in? When I feel my worst, what are the actions that I am taking/habits am I engaging in? When do I feel most aligned and excited about life? What would it be like if this were fun/effortless/simple? If my best friend came to me with this situation/struggle, how would I help them or advise them? If every day/week was like this one, would I be giving myself the best chance of success?
