#11 The 2 Types Of Frustration We Feel
14 Jun 2023
In this episode I dive into the 2 types of frustration that we typically feel as a Generator. We can feel frustration because we are acting from our not-self and not following our design. We are forcing ourselves to do things we don't want to do and we aren't tapped into our sacral. Basically, we are "should-ing" ourselves with our life and decisions. The other type of frustration that we tend to feel is called the plateau of frustration. Feeling this type of frustration invites us to explore one of 2 things:We can ask ourselves, "is this the place for me to dig deeper?" This is where we get to check in with our bodies/sacral and re-confirm that this is still in alignment for us. If it is and we are feeling frustration, then we are on the “correct” path. Or am I no longer a yes for this, this doesn’t light me up and I am ready to pivot? The key here is to slow down, be present, pause and check in with your sacral, your body knows the way.
