5 | What Have You Done for Money Lately? How to Move from Scarcity to Sufficiency

03 May 2023

Description

In this episode, I share with you how I want each of us to think about money. Most of us have been conditioned to think and feel about money in a scarce way.My intention for each of you is to develop a loving relationship with money because it really is a mirror to how we see ourselves and how we show love both for ourselves and others.  I want you to think about money like your best friend.  I also understand that each of you may not be able to jump to that place, and that’s OK.  I couldn’t do it in the beginning.  I was in such scarcity, fear, hypervigilance and also avoidance. In this episode I discuss:Going from scarcity to sufficiency to ultimately abundance and what that feels like in your bodyWhen was the last time you paid attention to money and how do you think and feel about money when you have it, use it, generate it, etc?If you think about money like you would your best friend (or a complete stranger if you can't jump to thinking about money yet like it's your BFF), what would you say about it?  What would it say about you? There is no right or wrong here.  It is the PRACTICE of getting you to slow down and actually FEEL what you are feeling in your body when you are handling, having, using, saving and generating your money.
