After claiming the title of Sole Survivor, Parvati faced backlash from the public who at the time couldn’t accept that her all female “Black Widow Brigade” unapologetically voted off beloved male players one by one. Parvati came back for Season 20 Heroes vs. Villains and was immediately targeted by both tribes as a huge threat. Now, she’s recognized as one of the best Survivor winner’s of all time by media, fans of the show and Host and EP Jeff Probst. Today, Parvati is a yoga + meditation teacher, international retreat leader, coach, author and mother. In this episode, Parvati shares about what it was like to be targeted and disliked by the Survivor cast + audience and how she developed resilience and self-assured confidence. She shares practices she uses in her personal life and with her clients to connect to a "villain persona" to access the gifts of strength, confidence, pleasure and unapologetic self-expression.
