Our parents have much more to life than being our parents, but did we see it? The hidden layers of their life that shaped them into who they are today, did we know that? As we rebel, grow, and redefine ourselves, we often forget that they too were once on a similar path, but lived a way more restricted life even though they might have had dreams like we did in their childhood, only to be stepped on and thrown away.
