Her personal experience with trauma, starting at age ten, led her to discover the transformative power of somatic healing. After years of living in survival mode and struggling with anxiety and panic attacks, Effie turned to somatic modalities, which changed her life. She now helps others reconnect with their bodies and heal from trauma, offering workshops and her signature 12-week program, Healing Trauma Guided by the Body. Effie's mission is to guide people from feeling stuck to living with vitality by trusting their body's innate capacity to heal.
