Welcome back to the Zen Business Podcast. Ayahuasca and Psychedelics - Let's talk about it! In the last few weeks of travel that I've being doing for both work and recreation, I found that I returned to home unrested, ansty, and simply just in an unpleasant state of being. An immediate assumption from many would be, "How could vacations and travel cause you to feel more stressed than before? Don't you feel even better after some R&R?". Opposed to what many think about long-term travel, the constant disruption if your spiritual practice can absolutely inhibit your mental and physical wellbeing. Spiritual practices aren't just praying and studying books of faith in a religious or monotheistic format - the little moments of peace, the mental and physical routine you set, and the overall wellness steps you take to align yourself mentally and physically are considered spiritual practice. So, when trying to re-adjust to these practices, a great way to do that is "reconnect with source". This can be much simpler and uninhibited like meditation or breathing practice, or, it can be enhanced by using natural gateways to align this state of being - such as psychedelic substances such as Psilocybin and Ayahuasca.
