What merchandise does the host promote at the beginning of the episode?
Now, before we start this next podcast, just quickly talk about the Zero Limits podcast merch. T shirt, hoodies, stickers, singlets, shirts. Uh I've already said that, etc. There's more stuff coming down the track. But the reason why these podcasts move forward is because of the sales of the merchandise. Now there's gonna be times where I travel outside of the studio to get to guests. Uh sometimes I bring guests into the studio. So at all costs. So I use the sales of the merchandise to help assist with these to keep the podcast moving forward. So again, just jump onto Zero Limitspodcast Shop dot com. Grab yourself a shirt, hoodie, t-shirt. Fucking said it again. And help support the show. Uh, not to mention, I've obviously spoken about before about the Zero Limits supplements range that I've come out with.
However, it's all sold out and we were completely overwhelmed with the support that we've received around it. We totally underestimated the amount of product we needed, and we will get some new stock in shortly. So stay tuned on that. Zero Limit Supplements dot com andor head to the Instagrams Zero Limits.com supplements and just stay tuned there. I'll post it all up. Also I'll add it on Zero and List Podcast as well and talk about it when we've got it all back. And I'll be definitely dropping a discount code as a an apology and hopefully we get enough stock this time. But again, super appreciate your support. And now let's get back to the podcast. Let's go.
I won't. Right to left nine three bars and

Uh You are. Zero Limits listeners on today's Zero Limits podcast joined in Newcastle studio by a seventeen year New South Wales police veteran. His name is uh Ben Benny Radcliffe. He's been mentioned a few times without his name in uh a couple of other podcasts, uh Brett Pennell back in the day. And uh Mitch Ashworth, uh the canine healer. Uh I forgot what episode numbers they were, but Type those into Spotify. You can get back and have a listen to those podcast episodes, which will talk about those the connection with those boys soon. As I said, 17 years in the New South Wales Police, absolute extensive career within the New South Wales police as a GD officer. Now I've known this guy a long time. Uh I moved to Newcastle in 2009, and it's when I first met him.
I was bouncing at the Queen's Wharf Brewing. Back then it used to be a lot. There used to be a lot of fights, a lot of trouble. Modern day times have changed. There was a lot more obviously bikeys and everything and we used to just punch on every single weekend and always the cops will always be there. I met Ben and he was one of the only cops who would ever come and help us. So every time he turned up, he's like, You got any problem boys? Like, oh yeah, uh, you know, oh mate, there's just been an idiot. Can you get rid of him? Bang. Five fifty on the spot, send him on his way. So it really, really helped us out a lot and and I guess for the cops out there listening, you know, like just just help the guys out in the doors because they're dealing with drunk, intoxicated losers on the you know, on the doors every night and
It you know, Ben's help, especially over the years. Uh while I was a cop, you know, we ran into each other uh while I was working and uh but anyway, enough about me. Well that's right. How are you? Well that's good. How are you? Yeah, appreciate it, mate. Appreciate you coming in. Yeah,
thank thanks for having me on. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Like I said, mate, we go back.
Yeah, and also you're like one of the only ones that would talk to us as well. Mm. So that's how we sort of got on, I guess. Well
that's that's what you gotta do, isn't it? Like keep you know, we're Where where the eyes and ears for you guys have we said you know, generally most of the stuff happened was at the pubs and clubs, you're like, Oh, have you seen this guy?
