総合診療医（GP）不足は世界的な課題であり、特に地域医療において深刻です。この問題を解決するため、本研究ではGPを効果的に採用・維持するための統合的研修パスウェイの構成要素、障壁、促進要因を調査しました。2013年から2024年3月までの文献を対象としたスコーピングレビューの結果、27件の論文が分析され、6つの主要テーマが抽出されました。(1)地域基盤型研修、(2)研修医の出身地やつながり、(3)サポート体制、(4)専門職としてのアイデンティティ、(5)研修医の人口統計学的特性、(6)家族的要因です。特に、地域基盤型研修と研修医の出身地が、研修後の勤務地選択に強く関連していることが示唆されました。このレビューは、今後のGP研修パスウェイの開発と評価に重要な示唆を与えるものです。Penney J, Shepherd S, Jones N, Randhawa S, Coe S, Prior S.
