90年間も営業し続ける神域レベルのチャーシューメンが食べられるラーメン屋に行く / 福留軒。創業は昭和10年。西暦では1935年。そのときから90年間も営業し続けるラーメン屋に、神域レベルのチャーシューメンがあると知って、実際に行ってみたのですが、確かにこれ、伝説級のおいしさで感動しました。 そのラーメン屋さんは「福留軒」(山形県米沢市中央1-7-21)です。JR米沢駅からバスと徒歩で計10分ほどの場所に店舗があります。店構えも、店内も、かなりノスタルジーでエモーショナルな雰囲気。
