グラス単体で3DoF表示と2Dから3Dへの変換機能を搭載するARグラス「XREAL 1S」とモバイルバッテリー「XREAL Neo」の予約販売を開始。XREALは12月1日、ARグラス新製品「XREAL 1S」を発表、同日から予約販売を開始しました。エントリーモデルという位置づけながら、自社開発の空間コンピューティングチップ「XREAL X1」を搭載。グラス単体で空間上に画面を固定する3DoF（Degree of Freedom、自由度）の空間ディスプレイを実現し、2Dコンテンツを3D化する自動変換機能を搭載するのが大きな特徴です。 X1チップの搭載により、グラス単体で3DoF表示が可能に。頭を動かすと画面も追随して動く0DoFに対して、3DoFでは空間上に画面を固定して表示できるようになります。従来製品の「XREAL Air」シリーズでは3DoF表示を実現する手段として外部デバイス「XREAL Beam」「XREAL Beam Pro」が必要でしたが、2025年に発売した上位モデル「XREAL One」「XREAL One Pro」でX1チップを搭載し、グラス単体での3DoF表示を実現していました。
