中毒性バツグン！ 鹿児島の人気店「金斗雲」がイオンスタイル板橋前野町店で食べられる。全国のラーメンを食べ歩くラーメンライター、井手隊長です。鹿児島の人気店「NOODLE LABORATORY金斗雲」。Yahoo！主催「次世代ラーメン決定戦」準優勝、「食べログ」鹿児島ランキング1位（2019～2020年）、KTS鹿児島「ラーメン王決定戦」5年連続出場の実力店だ。なんとこの「金斗雲」が2025年5月にイオンスタイル板橋前野町店のフードコートにオープンしている。 「特製黒雲」を注文。具はチャーシュー、細切れチャーシュー、味玉、モヤシ、刻みタマネギ、青ネギ、ノリ。麺は中太ストレート。スープは豚骨と鶏ガラのダブルで、醤油はカネシ醤油と鹿児島の甘めの醤油を合わせている。甘めのあと引く醤油スープに揚げネギを合わせており、中毒性もバツグンだ。具材もバラエティに富んでいるが、薬味類がいい仕事をしていて飽きずに食べられる。
