【台湾ラーメンの聖地】味仙の本店で食べた結果→ この料理を作ったシェフを呼んでくれ。台湾ラーメンの聖地といえば「味仙」ですよね。複数の地域に店舗があり、多くの台湾ラーメンファンが訪れ、その辛味と肉のおいしさを堪能し、感動しています。そんな台湾ラーメンの聖地の中の聖地といえば、やはり「味仙 今池本店」(愛知県名古屋市千種区今池1-12-10)でしょう。 そんな台湾ラーメンの聖地の中の聖地でニンニクチャーハンとホイコーロー(回鍋肉)を食べましたよ。さっそくお店に向かったのですが、かなり立派なビルでした。看板もデカい。店内はかなり清潔で、立地な雰囲気で、新しささえ感じます。
