【名古屋グルメ】味噌カツ発祥の食堂「叶」で味噌カツ丼を食べる / 売れすぎて夜の販売をやめることも。味噌カツって、ベースはトンカツだけど、トンカツ食べたいなって思ったとき、味噌カツは頭に浮かばないですよね。逆に、味噌カツ食べたいなってときはトンカツが浮かばない。つまりトンカツと味噌カツ、完全にベツモノだったりしませんか。 むっちゃ味噌カツが好きで、味噌カツを食べるためだけに名古屋に行きたくなるほどなのですが、味噌カツ発祥の食堂「叶」(愛知県名古屋市中区栄3丁目4-110)だけは、二度お店に行ったものの、食べることができませんでした。
