「町田ゼルビア「新スタ構想」なし！「駅から徒歩60分」とアクセス不便・ACLEで制限も。」 町田ゼルビアは現在、町田市立陸上競技場（町田GIONスタジアム）をホームスタジアムとして使用。AFCチャンピオンズリーグエリート（ACLE）のホームゲームで一部座席の使用が制限されているほか、スタジアムへのアクセスの不便さなどを理由に、一部で新スタジアム建設計画論が沸き起こっているが、実現する可能性は低いという。 新スタジアム建設の可能性を巡っては、町田市議会議員の秋田しづか氏が11月4日に開催のACLEメルボルン・シティ戦を視察した後、Xで一部SNSユーザーから寄せられた新スタジアム建設を望むメッセージに「賛成です」「同じ気持ちです」と前向きな姿勢を覗かせていた。
