11月30日上午，江西高院对劳荣枝涉嫌犯故意杀人罪、抢劫罪、绑架罪上诉一案作出二审宣判：驳回上诉，维持原判。江西高院认为，劳荣枝及其辩护律师所提劳荣枝不构成故意杀人罪，系从犯、胁从犯等上诉理由和辩护意见，与二审查明的事实不符，于法无据，依法不予采纳。对劳荣枝的死刑裁定依法报请最高人民法院核准，对于女魔头的最终审判指日可待！
