现在的很多父母普遍缺乏同理心，不能取得孩子的信任。如果总是抱着封建家长制那一套，以居高临下教训孩子的姿态出现，而不是以平等平和姿态，只会对孩子“训话”，孩子当然不愿和父母分享心事。分享了，往往得到的只是来自父母的空洞的说教，严厉的训斥或是完全违背孩子意愿的蛮横的指挥，分享了没有好结果。
