What do you do to stay in shape/to stay healthy?你怎么保持身材健康?Do you work out?你锻炼吗?How often do you work out?你多久锻炼一次?What kind of exercise do you do?你做什么样的锻炼。Do you get much exercise?你运动的多吗?I hit the gym three times a week. 我一周去健身三次I'm thinking of wong out/signing up for a gym.我正考虑去健身,申请健身会员。I've got to get back into wong out again. 我必须重新去锻炼了。I want to get ripped. 我想让我的肌肉更有型。I work out regularly.我定期锻炼。I run five miles a day. 我每天跑五公里。I do twenty push-ups/sit-ups/pull-ups every morning. 我每天早上做20个俯卧撑/仰卧起坐/引体向上。Conversation:A: Why don't you come over for dinner tonight?你今晚过来吃晚饭怎么样?B: I'd like to, but I don't feel up to it.我想去,但是我觉得没力气了。A: What's wrong? Are you sick?怎么了?你生病了吗?B: Not really, I'm just so tired these days.
