大家好，我是猛哥。现在成为中国最有名的脱口秀演员，拢共分几步？三步：加入笑果文化，然后上综艺，最后上春晚。但是史炎这个人很奇怪，他排除了这些选项，目前在经营自己的小剧场。他避开这条路的过程真的很努力，因为他就是最早加入笑果的脱口秀演员。早在笑果被大家认识之前，史炎就是《今晚80后》的常驻嘉宾，在这个节目里，李诞还是王自健口中的“蛋蛋”。当年史炎在笑果身负重任——培训和挖掘脱口秀演员的后备力量。据他说，我们现在看到的很多大火的演员，都是几年前就被他们发现并培养的。完成这一切后，现象级脱口秀综艺《吐槽大会》上线了，史炎作为演员浅漏了一面，就彻底消失在笑果的巨大流量中。此后的几年，他在公众视野里好像“二维化”了，只能偶尔看到他的微博段子。上个月他来北京办专场，演出很成功，很好笑，我们见了一面，约了一次录音。我说我不想避重就轻，他说他也无所顾忌，于是我们谈到了喜剧行业里的很多人和事。一起听节目吧！嘉宾：史炎，脱口秀演员，播客《不开玩笑》主播主播：猛哥
