I mean Maggie said the foundation of our health, one of the most complex systems in our body and one that we never talk about. And it's not a system that we often think of as a system in the way that we think of the neurological system, the central nervous system, the respiratory system, the gastrointestinal system. So in this doctor's notes we're going to be talking about the fact that you do not need to wait until you've had a fall, until you've got a balance problem to work on your balance, that it is improvable.
