Uh before we pick up with the examination of Microsoft's witness, uh I'll ask are there any procedural matters we need to take up this morning? Your Honor. Yeah, a very quick, I hope, uh scheduling issue. Um so uh I was talking this morning with counsel for Free Enterprise Club, uh, with uh in regard to Dr. Burnett. Um And given that we now have uh four that we need to finish today, uh including completion of Miss Potter. Um have a suggestion for a change, um, because if I think we had talked yesterday about going to Miss Potter after

If that's okay, given that I d uh Mr. Perano and I discussed uh and and along with uh Ms. Potter that she does have availability Monday morning um if possible and the and the reason we're suggesting this is because uh Mr or sorry Dr. Burnett's only other availability after today is Tuesday of next week and Tuesday is already a very stacked day for us. Um we do not wanna add any more that day. Um With the goal of finishing. So I think that's the balance that we're trying to achieve. And so we're just throwing that out as a suggestion to see if we can. Help make it work. And of course I think that depends most sp specifically on um Miss Ms Potter and and Mr.

I uh have a PhD in economics. I uh Received that in 1994. I chose to specialize in utility economics at the outset as a graduate student. I've held numerous or various positions with the National Regulatory Research Institute. The uh state of Nevada with the public service commission and then Латер публик утилітись комісію. I uh became a consultant in Nintet Nighty Nine. I've served a variety of clients, uh many government agencies, uh including Department of Defense, Department of Energy. I uh Served as the lead senior advisor to the Philippine Commission under contract with the United States for a period of about three years.
