Um, where we've got uh a pretty full day slotted out for uh witnesses, all with dates certain. Uh there are some procedural requests that have been filed outstanding there. I will ask, are there with respect to the one on the reconsideration of the evidentiary determinations made on Friday, I'm gonna table that for today in the interest of time. Um Is there anything more to be discussed on that, Miss Ms Johnson? Or did you still have concerns about uh your opportunity to cross examine witnesses on on the eighteenth. Yeah, I don't think that APS's filing resolved anything. That is the schedule that they circulated on Friday, which is why I filed the motion. I thought that you were pretty clear that um We needed to horse trade so that it wouldn't impact people being able to cross and and that's not what happened. They've just scheduled APS witnesses and several people have pointed out that they have a conflict and that we need to be able to be present to object to other people's cross.

Yeah, uh or a later lunch that day, um possibly. Um uh I apologize for s trying to scrape together all hours of the days that we can. Um because again I think as we indicated in our response, we're still very much needing to as Some of the other parties have indicated, um in particular RUCO, in terms of having some of the witnesses completed before um the twenty-fifth of June, which is then some of for one of those witnesses at least their last possible day. um until much later. So yes, I I think w as as we go through we can we can absolutely work with that approach, Your Honor.
