Just one, Your Honor. And I do believe this will be very short. Um we have I I think as you know, we've been working with a number of the parties on potential witness stipulations. Um and I think that process has culminated now where we've identified um five witnesses that we can uh we can stipulate to. Um and just So you're aware the process we've undertaken to do this is to reach out to the party sponsoring the witness and then those parties that have signed up for uh cross-examination and then separately um once that was completed reached out to all the parties to see if there were any objections and so far we haven't heard any um and that the parties who are sponsoring these witnesses are supportive.

Um so it just question I think is in terms of how you would like us to do that. We can do it verbally. uh right now or we can certainly file something uh in writing whichever you think is the best way to go about it.

I just wanted to briefly let you know that as of about 15 minutes ago, we did receive an appellate decision on the grid access charge from the Lassera case. Um we have not had time to fully read it. It's about 32 pages long. But from a cursory reading, I do think a lot of the testimony from yesterday may be altered. So um we don't have a plan for anything yet, but I just wanted to give you a heads up that um there will be more discussion because of the uh appellate ruling. Right. Are you anticipating potentially needing to recall witnesses? At this time I'm not sure if we would recall Ms.

Bowman or not. I can't speak what Arasia might do. Um, but I do believe at least we will be filing as an exhibit the uh appellate decision because it is relevant. Okay. All right. Well, I appreciate the heads up. Uh Ms. Johnson. Yeah, I would just add, Your Honor, um, the conclusion does vacate the commission's rehearing decision and the provisions of the rate design that adopt the site load costs and authorize the imposition of the solar specific charges, both the grid access fee and a legacy adjustment. And so um I think it's very likely that we would need to recall Mr. Lucas, but we would prefer to do that after Mr. Bo has concluded. Okay, well we'll I'll I'll leave it up to you when you can make Mr. Lucas available and uh you know uh one I look forward to a very interesting read when that uh appellate decision gets filed in some way, shape or form.
