So I I see Mr. Rich in the room and so I expect it'll be sometime in the afternoon, but all will be made known in the appropriate time.

Uh, Ms. Hubbock, I only have two other areas that I wanted to talk to you about this morning, both relating specifically to the company's proposed FRAM. And I think the only document we'll need to be using this morning is, in particular, the attachment JEH 6RJ, which is the FRAM POA that you included with your rejoin.
Okay. Okay. So if we could, let's start right there. Uh and if I could ask you to turn to page eleven uh of that document, which I think is the last page. I am there. All right. On the last page there is a section nine called term. Do you see that? I do. Okay, and then just to level set, the term as proposed in the POA reads that APS will file a general rate case after five annual updates or earlier if ordered by the Commission. The Fram annual updates will continue through the resolution of the full rate case. At any point in the term of the FRAM APS may voluntarily file a general rate case. Do you see that? I do. А вон ток 3 The I I guess for lack of a better word, logistical implications of what appears to be the possibility, maybe even the certainty, of overlapping FRAM filings and rate cases in the future.

So just to Figure out how this is going to come to be as I understand your proposal, if approved, your first FRAM filing is going to be May first of twenty twenty seven, correct? Yes. And that will be for a test period of the calendar year twenty twenty six, right? Correct. Okay, so if we have five FRAM filings, as we just discussed, before your next rate case. The fifth Fram filing, if I'm doing some counting correctly, would be the filing that you make on may first, twenty thirty one, correct? Correct. And that FRAM will, as proposed, have a test period of the twelve months ending December thirty-whate, twenty thirty, correct?
