Her name disappeared by her picture. I'm so sorry that I got your name wrong. I had something else. You might recall a few weeks ago before Mr. Lucas testified, I raised the issue about wanting him to go after Mr. Moe and that APS opposed that. And so I raised the issue of probably needing to recall him. I would like to address the scheduling of that. So far, APS has not been willing to schedule Mr. Lucas for recall. We do think he'll need to address that. Some new things that have come up in testimony that we on the stand that we believe were different than what we received in discovery requests. And so he has a family vacation the week of July 6. So I'm hoping that we can get him in the schedule next week.

I talked a little bit with staff. I know they don't want him to go on Monday, but I wondered if he might be able to go on Tuesday. We don't expect him to be on the stand for a very long time.

But again, in terms of where he fits in the calendar, if that is something that Your Honor would like to have him do, OUR POSITION IS GIVEN THE WAY THAT THE CALENDAR HAS WORKED OUT BECAUSE OF ALL THE CONTINUAL NEED TO SHUFFLE FOLKS AROUND AND STAFF'S SORT OF USUAL PRACTICE WHERE STAFF GOES LAST, WE DO APPRECIATE THAT THEY HAVE ACCOMMODATED THAT IN TERMS OF KEEPING MR. SMITH ON THOSE TWO DAYS.

JUST TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU INDICATED THAT THERE WERE DATA RESPONSES YOU WERE WAITING FOR. ARE THOSE AFTER YOU HAVE PRESENTED MR. LUCAS THAT YOU'VE RECEIVED THOSE AND HAD A CHANCE TO ANALYZE THEM OR WHAT'S THE CONSTRAINT HERE?
