Mr. Georges, do you have a a summary of your testimony that you'd like to present this morning?

Anthony Georges 4:47

Yes, I do. My testimony covers APS's cost of service and rate design proposals, specifically recommending changes to APS's distribution allocation methodology and the load commitment agreements or the LCA for its XLF XHLF customer class. Uh, due to the potential volatility and distortion of the APS cost service distribution alloc cost allocations with the proposed one NCP or non coincident peak. I recommend APS adopt a four N N C P distribution demand allocation factor. This will support stabilization of the cost allocation to classes over time and across rate classes in addition to addressing the volatility in the allocation factor as the one NCP moves between multiple months in the summer for each customer group or class.
