My name is Jane Rada, and I'm the administrative law judge who will be hearing this matter today and preparing the recommended order for the commission. Welcome. All right, so the first thing we're going to do this morning is ask if there are any public commenters either online or in the room who wish to make public comment in this matter. And I will note for the record that there are no public commenters who have called in this morning and I don't believe there's anyone else in the hearing room besides parties and witnesses and law clerks and me and the court reporter. So that will conclude the public comment. I'll also note there's been every day there's more and more public comment being filed and we will still accept the filed written comment up till people stop filing written comments. It only gets noted in the order as long as I can, to the date I turn it in, right?

But you can keep filing. All right, so we have a preliminary motion before we get started. And somewhere up here I have it. So Ms. Johnson I don't know, I don't think in this proceeding that we can order, that we have the evidence or the time or the inclination to order what you've requested, if you're still requesting a credit. I think there's a retroactive rate making issue going on here. But I also understand, though I might not understand PURPA perfectly, I understand there might be a PURPA issue that you have. And I think going forward, we certainly want to make sure that the compensation rates are appropriate, fair, and reasonable. So I'm disinclined to strike testimony because we rarely, one, we rarely strike testimony, two,

The testimony that I read so far helped me understand the issue that they were raising, and I want to preserve that in case the Commission feels otherwise. I'm just me. So I guess I'm not inclined to strike anything, but Ms. Johnson, did you wanna add anything? My intent was sort of to go forward to see how the testimony was going on the purpose thing. And if we still need to brief something, we can talk about that at the end of the hearing, but do you have anything to add?
