Docket number twenty five ending twenty five zero one zero three. I will note for the record that Commissioner Marques Peterson has joined us today and is listening. In Um I'm learning in this process, so we're gonna start doing a few things a little bit differently. I am not gonna take attendance anymore. At the start of the hearing it it's on the parties to ensure that they are monitoring the proceedings, are present on behalf of their clients when they need to be. So one of the things that we are currently in the process of doing in the APS version of this case that might be slightly easier than the suggestion you had was the parties have agreed to exchange by email to everybody a list of all of the witnesses that they have an intention to cross. Um and I just offer up by way of small process modification that it might be easier. If we all sort of agreed that you know, later today or tomorrow, whatever the time frame is, that we just all share with all of the parties the list of the people instead of sending nineteen different emails to the different parties. Anyway, I just offer that as a that's the way we're doing it in the APS case and that seems to be working pretty well.

Um I I think Mr. Nelson's proposal of just emailing between the council is probably more effective without having to have additional filings in the docket. And then we'll have that information. We can form your honor. Um When the witness is on.

Absolutely. Absolutely. I will always give an additional opportunity for cross that people have come up with. I d I'm just trying to avoid the calling on everyone so just for them to say no questions. And I think that'll be better for people because then you you can step away if you need to or want to and you don't feel like you have to be sitting there waiting for me to ask you if you have questions that you don't have.
