Uh docket ending twenty five. Zero one zero three. Um as we indicated last week, we're not gonna keep um noting appearances for the record. We will see if anyone has procedural issues this morning and I do know that Miss Reyes does, so we will start with her.

Yes, good morning, your honor. I I do find um earlier this morning that my witness for sweep, Will Green, has had a serious family emergency and had to travel out of state. Uh I'm still working with him to hopefully be able to do his testimony as scheduled on Friday morning. Um, I did notify the company. Um, if he is able to go Friday morning, it would have to be um via WebEx from out of state. And it would have to be hope first thing hopefully so that he could just kind of get in and get out. Um, but there is a small possibility he may have to be moved in the schedule to potentially next week, which I know is not ideal for anyone. But hopefully there could be some flexibility given their circumstances.
