Let's go on the record. Good morning everyone and welcome back to the Arizona Corporation Commission. This is the Twelfth day in TEP's hearing for a rate increase, docket number ending twenty-five. O one oh three. We have not been taking appearances, but we do have a new face at the table today.

Uh well I'm I'm here this morning because uh uh on Tuesday Pima County passed a resolution uh We're uh opposing T P's uh rate hike request. Um and so I'm here to uh state that the resolution has been passed, state the county's position and uh uh alert um you and and the and for the purposes of the hearing that the Pima County will be participating in the briefing schedule.

Okay. Um, and I'm glad you're here because one of the first items on my agenda um for this morning was to alert the other parties that that had been filed in the docket. It looks like A communication was sent directly to the commissioners, but one of our commissioners did file it in the docket on May sixth, um, with a copy the letter and a copy of the resolution. So my intent was to flag that for the parties, give them an opportunity to review it. And tell me on Monday morning if they have objections to my taking official notice of that resolution. Um and I'm glad to hear there's an intent to participate in the briefing schedule. That's something that we'll discuss the scheduling for next week and is usually something that the parties discuss amongst themselves to come up with deadlines.

So I would encourage you to stay in contact with Mr. Patton um to voice your opinion on when um briefs should be filed. Okay. All right. In addition to the Pima County resolution, I think it's also worthwhile me potentially taking official notice of the commission's data center related docket, which is the docket ending twenty-five zero zero six nine. So on Monday morning the parties can tell me whether they have any issue with me taking official notice of that docket and of the Pima County um resolution. Okay, and with that I will turn to Mr Patton, who also has a procedural issue to cover this morning.

Thank you, Honor. Um this involves Mr. Lucas's um analysis that was filed middle of last week. We asked for the work papers on that um analysis and Ms. Johnson uh provided them to us, uh afternoon of the I I forget which day it was, but um promptly. And as we were looking through the work papers, uh our folks identified some anomalies that didn't make sense to them, which led them to go back and look at the uh data that was uploaded to the data room in response to a data request. It looks like there was some conversion error when we took the billing, raw billing data out of the billing database. scrub the customer information and then converted to an Excel file. Something happened. We're not sure what, but they have in the process of redoing it, I understand it's just about done.

Gave Autumn a call. Yesterday and we understand that Mr. Lucas will need to look at the new data, may update his his exhibit, may need to appear again just to address that. And we also indicated that to the extent Ms. Johnson has questions for Mr. Elliott about Mr. Lucas's uh exhibit Garcia 22 uh or the updated version we're we will make him available next week as appropriate. Not stretching it out much. I think everyone's now focused on getting done to get to the APS guys. But I just wanna let you know we're doing what we can do and and I understand the The file is should be up uploaded to the data room this morning. And as soon as we find that out, we'll let Ms. Uh Johnson know.
