Um because I I didn't have the opportunity to touch bases with Miss Scott this morning, um at at my fault. Um but my understanding is that the company is willing to stipulate to the admission of RUCO twenty eight, which otherwise uh contains some confidential material and would require us to to treat it accordingly. Um so the company is uh to my understanding, satisfied with Ruco's plan to have that admitted by stipulation if we're able, uh and if staff will agree. And that would avoid us having to ask questions about it during the testimony of Mr. Walters today and allow us to to just deal with any information that we need from that in the briefs, um, but treaty confidentially then as well.
