Um we just in the the hard copy versions we just redacted some uh undercover uh information um that that was mistakenly um my fault not uh fully redacted. So the electronic copies of S three and s six you received are not the redacted versions, but the hard copy that you were given that's uh beside you includes the is the fully redacted version of S three and S six.

Uh yes, Your Honor, just that um Mr. Sandy has had uh approximately five months to prepare since his previous counsel withdrew. So um the division submits that that was sufficient time to get up to speed on the exhibits, the rules, and um basically prepare whatever case or defense he wanted to present today.

This hearing was originally scheduled in September. Um it was granted a hundred twenty day continuance at the stipulated request of the parties. Uh that hundred twenty days in was to in part uh allow Mr Sandy your opportunity to acquire new counsel. Um I will note that When your previous counsel withdrew in their request to withdraw. I'm going to Going to pull up that document now.

The motion to withdraw is can is counsel with consent. That was filed by your previous counsel on August fifth. Twenty twenty five. Contained A consent to withdrawal of counsel wherein Uh You r you wrote or at least signed consent to Uh I'm aware there's a hearing set for September eight through eleven, fifteen through sixteen, although I've agreed per the divisions. request to move the hearing. I understand that that if the Commission does not agree to move the hearing I will need to be prepared to present my case in September. I'm confident in my ability to do so without counsel.
