Sure. I've done an extensive amount of commercial real estate. I'm predominantly in industrial parks and single-family houses, and I do the same thing for clients.

Some. I've subscribed to the Wall Street Journal for the last 20 years. I invest in stocks, and I have done some Reg D investments as well.
