All right, thank you. And I do see we have Commissioner Marcus Peterson online, welcome. All right, first item of business, we have five items on the consent agenda that are subject to ARS 40252. If there's any party that wants to speak to that, now is a good time to speak up. Not seeing any there or online. Well actually I can, I should probably go ahead and list those. That's item number two, HP Sunrise. Number three, SRP. Number 12, APS. Number 13, Cactus State. Number 14, DS Water and Cactus State. Still nobody, we're good. Chair, yes. I did have a general question for on one of the line sightings. I believe it was number one. Sir, or if Adam happened to be available, just a question.
I'm guessing not. I do not see Adam on there. Yeah. So I noticed in some of the statement that for the CEC, it mentioned, again, a dual circuit. Well, it's made a statement that it was approving a CCN for a single or double circuit. So my question is just, is that standard nomenclature, or does that restrict us at all when something comes forward and says it's an and or an or? Does that mean we only approve a single circuit or a double circuit, or is there another option that they can do both? That's where I'm kind of confused, where why wouldn't it be and instead of or?
Chairman, Vice Chair, Commissioners, Commissioner Lopez, in this particular instance, they wanted the option to start with a single circuit and then in the future have the potential option for a double circuit and not have to come back to revise the CEC. So from our perspective, you would ultimately be approving both. So they could either build the double or if they only wanted to do the single or only needed the single, the single would be approved as well. So from our perspective, you're saying they could go ahead and do both. What they'll do is they'll put in the poles to handle a double circuit, but they may only move forward with a single circuit based upon what's needed from a generation standpoint or a transmission standpoint.
I understand the intention. Would it be clearer to say that we approve a double circuit with the option for them to be able to progress to from single to double because I just want to make sure you legally we're not there we're not restricting down the road them from again if they again this is the end or because we approve one right if you're doing an or it's in my opinion again if I see it as it's an or you're approving one or the other and if we approve the double circuit then they just they're only allowed to do a double circuit right so Chair Meyers, Commissioner Lopez. It's just junctive, so it's an option for either or. The only limitation is they do have to do it within the 10-year period, so they can't come down 15 years down the road and decide to add the double circuit without coming back.
Okay. So legally, we're okay that it's non-restrictive? Correct. Okay. All right. I'll accept it. That's all I had. Thank you. All right. Do any of my other fellow commissioners have anything they want to pull? All good? All right, Vice Chair Walden, will you please move? I move the consent agenda for a vote.

I doubt we're going to need it, but just in case we do, we do have a hard lunch break at 1, just as a housekeeping item. Also, as a matter of procedure, I think we're going to try something new at these open meetings for the sake of efficiency.
