My name is Sarah Harpering, and I'm the administrative law judge assigned to preside over this matter. This is the time set for the pre-hearing conference for the Pacacha Water Company rate and financing applications. Docket numbers W03528A 250056 and W035225. Your Honor, um just as an FYI, there is at least one error in the matrix which we will correct. Um The number two million five hundred and eight thousand should be two million five hundred and one thousand. Um Mr. Ridnauer and I discussed that. Um there may be some other things that need to be moved in or out of the matrix depending on your rulings today. So I just wanna let you know though that we will be filing at least one revised matrix with correct numbers.

uh we do need to address Mr. Parcel's schedule. He is only available on Monday. He has scheduling conflicts on um uh the rest of the week. Um I And I'm not sure if any of the witnesses have cross. I would imagine you have some questions for him, but um we would like to call him on Monday out of order. Okay.

Um yes, Your Honor, we have and you know, with all due respect to Mr. Purcell and his schedule, I think calling him out of order in the middle of our case is simply not fair to the to the applicants. Um it's really it's a cost of capital witness. I'm not sure what time he's available. Um I for one don't have questions of him um because we have accepted staff surbuttal position. But if Mr. Elia is going to do extensive cross of a staff witness, I don't think that should be in the middle of our case in chief.

Um I can check on that and and let everyone know on Monday. Um we could we could we could actually if if Mr um mis Mr Shapiro does not want to interrupt his case, we could take him first out of order.
