Good morning then, Mr. Smith. Um I schedule today's I scheduled today's procedural conference uh in the tenth procedural order to address motions that were made by the respondents. And the respondents motion for continuance of proceedings and extension of deadlines uh filed on june twenty second, twenty twenty six. Respondents requested a continuance of the hearing, which is currently scheduled to begin on august third, twenty twenty six. An extension of all scheduled deadlines. And that good cause exists to grant their motions based upon the medical condition of Mr Smith.

Um Just about how long he'll need and what the next steps are gonna be for his heart. and all of that. And Mr. Smith knows better than I can so he can explain it a bit better.
