I've been assigned to preside over this matter. I'll note for the record that it is my understanding that representatives from Chair Myers' office are on the line listening with us tonight. Uh this is the second scheduled public comment proceeding for docket number E-01345A-25-0105 in the matter of the application of Arizona Public Service Company.

A hearing to determine the fair value of the utility property of the company for rate making purposes, to fix a just and reasonable rate of return thereon. and to approve rate schedules designed to develop such a return. Uh the hearing in this matter is scheduled to commence on May eighteenth, twenty twenty six, at ten AM and to continue as needed. Through june thirtieth, twenty twenty six. Uh the information for the hearing is available through the calendar link on the commission's website at azcc.gov. Uh before going into the public comment, I want to thank everyone for taking the time to call in and share your comments with the Commission. Although public comments are not considered to be evidence in a case, the commissioners do review them, as well as the transcripts and recordings of the public comment sessions and consider them when making their decisions.

Uh you can also call the Commission's Consumer Services section at one eight hundred two two two seven thousand to provide your comments orally. Uh this will reduce them to writing and they will file them in the docket for you. All of the comments submitted, no matter how they're provided, become a part of the docket for the case as long as the docket number is included.
