And if you hear an attorney make an objection, um please stop speaking. And please try very hard not to talk over anyone else. Um, that makes it very difficult for our core reporter. Very briefly, Your Honor, uh this is uh a pretty simple one. It uh the evidence will show that this is an at grade crossing for a multi use path uh and that it's actually physically separated from the uh current signaled crossing and that at the end of the hearing we ask that the court finds that the crossing is in the public's interest and Reasonable.
