Um then with that being said, we'll go ahead and move to the public comment portion. Uh this is the time for public uh to come forward and make any comment regarding the application in this matter. Um is there anybody online or in person that would like to make a c uh comment? Right, seeing nobody in the room. And saying nobody online, uh, let the record reflect that uh nobody has uh Requi requested to speak in this matter. All right. Uh so we'll go ahead and move on to the opening statements. Uh, would the company like to make an opening statement in this matter?

Uh Your Honor, I had planned to wave opening statement, but I'll just make a few short preliminary remarks in light of the conversation we had before we went on the record. Uh in preparing for um today's hearing, uh we conferred with staff about a few just uh verbal amendments to staff's recommendations and specifically conditions and a clarification, which I'm happy to clarify once we get to staff's testimony. So thank you.
