Thank you so much. Now, before we move into public comment, we actually have a few procedural items that I wanted to address before we move forward. Um the first thing I wanted to ask is I wanted to confirm who will be acting as the representative for the company in this case.

And Miss Lowe, under the rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona, specifically rule thirty one point two A. A person may not engage in the practice of law in Arizona, such as representing an individual or an entity in an administrative proceeding, unless they are authorized to practice law under Rule 31.1 or Rule 31.3. Now, Rule 31.1 is pretty clear in that it states that a person may engage in the practice of law only if that person is an active member in good standing with the state bar of Arizona, or that person is authorized to do so under certain listed exceptions in Rule 31.3, 38, and 39. Now, um under rules thirty-one point three C five and six, a person is allowed to represent an entity in a proceeding before the commission if that individual meets certain requirements.
