Um with that, um, this would the time be this public hearing, so I would ask if anybody has any public comment. Um Don't see anyone in the audience. I don't see anyone In front of me on the screen, I don't see the phones lighting up, so I'm gonna say no. We have no public comment. That part of the hearing is completed. Um Yes. Uh staff is of the opinion that the application um is supported by the record and that staff recommends that the application

Um just a brief statement, um, Your Honor. Um, on behalf of Zao Network Services LLC, we'd like to thank you for holding this hearing today. Um as set forth in the application as amended, applicant is requesting authority to provide facilities based and resold local exchange and long distance services, as well as private line, wholesale telecommunications and switched access services in Arizona. Um, the applicant intends to primarily provide point to point telecommunication services such as private line. Ethernet, wavelength, and other um similar high bandwidth uh circuits for high speed data transport, as well as switched um voice services and dial tone. As described in the application, the applicant intends to utilize primarily its own facilities and provide services on both a resold and facilities basis.

Um its own facilities will be assigned to it from its current parent Zeo Group LLC. And as demonstrated in the application and data request responses, the applicant is managerially, technically, and financially qualified to provide intrastate services in Arizona. And we respectfully request the commission grant the requested certificate as soon as practicable.
