I am the vice president and general counsel.
Uh, and can you please provide a brief overview of your educational and professional background?
Uh sure. I have a BA from Colgate University and a J D from Syracuse University College of Law. I've been a practicing attorney since two thousand twelve and predominantly working in uh the telecommunications field.
Thank you. Um, you should have six doc documents in front of you that were pre marked as applicants exhibits A one through A six. Do you have those documents before you?

So we're just gonna walk through those documents pretty quickly. If you turn to exhibit A one, that should be the application and request for limited waiver of contract filing requirement and modification of publication requirement, which was filed by Summit IG on September eleventh, two thousand twenty five. Is that correct?
