It is Chief Financial Officer, and I'm responsible for all the financial management and accounting functions of the company.

Can you tell me a little bit about your background and experience in the telecommunications industry?

Yes. I have approximately 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, focused primarily in the enterprise and commercial services markets. Most recently, I was the general manager of a business unit for another Chicago-based telecom company called Peerless Networks. And prior to that, I've worked in a variety of private and publicly held telecommunications companies. All
