Would UPCOR like to make an opening statement?
Yes, your honor very briefly this is a standard ccn extension. This is a wastewater only to 3 parcels in the to extend the sonoran wastewater district the parcels will have a number of buildings in total to be used as warehouses the. The infrastructure will be developer-funded. Otherwise, I think EPCOR has demonstrated in this proceeding and in past proceedings that it's a fit and proper entity to provide the service, and the application in EPCOR's view should be granted. Thank you.

Briefly, Your Honor, thank you. Staff does agree that the application should be granted and recommend that Your Honor also make that recommendation to the commission. And that is because staff has found that EPCOR has the capability to serve the extension area and is a fit and proper entity to do so. Thank you.
