Hey everybody, we're gonna get started. There is no record per se. Is this rulemaking? It's a workshop. Um But we are streaming and we do have a few people on WebEx. Um So if there is room at a council table, please sit at a council table if you're planning to speak. Otherwise, please sit close to the front so that you can come up to the podium and use one of the or use the microphone on the podium. Because we do want everybody who's streaming to be able to hear what's happening. It is being recorded, but there is no court reporter, so Um good morning. For those of you that I don't know, um I'm administrative law judge Sarah Harpering and I am assigned to preside over this rulemaking. This workshop is being held in docket number RLS000.

00000A 230251 to go over the revised working draft of the power plant and transmission line sighting rules filed on April 1st for which a correction was filed on April 6th. Um with me on the dais are Adam Stafford, who is chair of the Power Plant and Transmission Line Sighting Committee. Um, Sean Bodkin, who is one of the attorneys from the Office of General Counsel here at the Commission, and Amanda McCool Zucker, who is the Commission's rules attorney. She her she is in a new position that was created at the hearing division, and she is still becoming acclimated. So she's assisting with this rulemaking rather than being wholly responsible for it. The commission hasn't yet started the formal rulemaking process for these rules, but

has had them recodified as you all should have seen in the dockets. So they're now in chapter seven and that was to accommodate the general practice and procedure rulemaking, which is still in sort of a larval state as well. Um Let's see. We're gonna talk about them using the old numbering scheme because that's how they were filed. So that'll make life easier for everybody. Although the preliminary economic impact statement used both. Um the plan for today is to go through the revised draft section by section and discuss and attempt to resolve the comments that have been filed on the record. Um We would like to reach consensus, though we realize that that may not be possible. At the very least, um we should have a better understanding of what your concerns are if we are unable to reach consensus.

Um We'd like to get through the entire draft, although it may not be possible. If we don't, we will be scheduling another workshop and we'll probably talk about dates. So um I would like to get people to introduce themselves because I only know a few of the faces, not everybody. So it would be helpful for me and I'll try to remember your names.
