We um we set this matter um at the request of the parties to um see where we were with the production of documents as well as um setting a procedural schedule and I'll just start with the division. Um, Miss Thomas, can you give me an update on where we are?

Uh yes, your honor. So the division is still waiting on documents. Um, I know the health of the custodian of those documents uh has come up in our previous meetings, um, and apparently that is still uh an ongoing issue. Um I did have a chance to speak with Mr Gardner earlier.

What updates did the division give on the status of document production?

Um and uh it does look like the uh his client has in place uh get him at least Yeah. Um for his office to potentially I'm sorry

Uh sorry. Uh it does appear that his client uh has a Uh plans in place? Um to potentially uh allow Mr. Gardner away to review potentially additional documents. that the division needs and is requesting. Um, so we we did talk about a uh the possibility of additional documents forthcoming soon. Um Though the A division right now at this time it does want to get a hearing date scheduled while we can, just to have something as a potential placeholder. Um, if we ultimately don't need it, then the parties can can file a motion to vacate the hearing at that time. Um so it's the divisions request uh to potentially get a hearing set maybe around the July twenty twenty six mark. Uh that would give us enough time to if we get the documents, we can review them.

How did the respondents explain the delay caused by the technology witness’s health issues?

The technology person for the respondents is named Tiffany Chase, C H A S E. And unfortunately, even though she's a a pretty you know, r relatively young person. She is uh currently in hospice, we've been told, and is dealing with cancer and it it doesn't look like she's going to be Uh, holding on too much longer. And so the division's correct. Um previously the respondents were represented by the law from a far hanging Medcop before we got involved. And there was a production by the respondents in response to the securities division subpoenas. And we understood um that you know the production was made uh with documents response to the subpoena and that there wasn't more to produce, however. Um Because of Miss Chase's medical situation, we've been

trying to work with her and the respondents to s confirm that's a case and if if not, because there is more information, to get that information over to the securities division. And uh Cynthia is correct. We've been Try to to navigate that really significant health issue. As you can imagine when you're fighting for your life, um, pulling data amidst medical treatments is not the easiest thing to do. So what we tried to do and what our clients informed us is that it plans to just Get permission from Uh Miss Chase, who's not a respondent in this case, to just get her computer and have access to it so that we can our office can
