Morning. Uh uh. I scheduled today's procedural conference, uh in the eighth procedural order. to address the remaining issues from the respondents motion for an extension of time. That was filed on April tenth, twenty twenty six. The respondents through their motion requested an extension of time to file an answer to the division's amended notice of opportunity for hearing. Uh I denied this request in the eighth procedural order. Respondents also requested additional time regarding hearing deadlines to prepare evidence. This portion of the respondents motion. was taken under advisement appending today's procedural conference. This procedural conference was scheduled to allow for respondents additional time

To obtain evidence and to review hearing exhibits uh that were disclosed by the securities division. The eighth procedural order also set May fifteent as a deadline for the parties to exchange supplemental exhibits and updated witness lists. Uh so I guess I'll turn first to the respondents and ask where things stand. uh in your gathering of evidence and Uh I don't know wh which of you would prefer to answer the question or or both of you would like to uh uh put something on the record, but Ms. Ronaldo, I'll I'll go to you first.

Okay. Um yes, I I'm going to need additional time. You know, my concern is if I'm not mistaken, the hearing is about June eighteenth. Um, which is actually my birthday. And not that that has anything to do with it, but there's several witnesses that I I have to subpoena. there's several um contracts, there's there's just it there's no way within a a thirty day period Um, so I can respond to the allegations, you know, the first portion, but the second of having the evidence And be having that ready and then being able to go to trial. I I just don't think it's enough time. It's not enough time for me to gather all of that evidence. Um And and there's a lot of evidence that I have to get Um And so that's why I requested just an extension on that.

Yes. And then um also additional time to gather uh the evidence and to have that all submitted. And um into you in your chambers.
