Hopefully you're feeling better, Mr. Allen. Yeah, well that's what when if they gave me prenazone and antibiotics a couple of weeks ago I would have felt better, but here we are.

Well, we're glad you're on the line with us today. And uh N the reason that we um set the procedural conference for today is to um discuss a procedural schedule for this matter. And I'll start with you, um, Miss Madha Madhaha, I believe. Matani. I'm sorry.

How does the division propose a hearing schedule and what dates are being considered?

Mataj. Um I'm just gonna say for the division. Have you had a chance um to discuss a possible hearing date with Mr. Allen or if you have determined when the division would be ready for a hearing in this matter?

Uh thank you, Your Honor. Um yes, so for the division uh regarding the hearing scheduling, we need just two days uh to introduce our case in chief. Uh I haven't discussed before with Mr. Alan how many days he may need for his uh his case. But that's us for for the division.

Okay. And when would the division be ready to um Schedule a hearing.

Mm. So We were thinking about uh either September the the week of twenty first.

Yes. Um but if you if you need something earlier, I can accommodate because uh I have in front of me the schedule or the calendar for the open opening meetings and for uh the the the leaving uh the um living uh based for investigators and all other stuff. So uh I can accommodate anything if if you need an earlier date. But The the optimal date will be uh September twenty first. uh to come to to begin the the hearing.

Okay. And then um going to you, Mr. Allen, um, any idea how long you would need to how many days you would need to present your case?

Yeah, I really don't uh I I you know, I'm a lay person so I need to better understand what the hearing is and those pieces of it, but there's certainly enough time between now and September for Um me to try to understand that. Um the the um and I don't know how how much of this conversation is into the details, but the two corporations have been dissolved, they're not operating, so it's just me. I'm the only one that's left.

Um so I'm not so sure. You know, again I I don't know what the specifically what the hearing is about. I don't know and I just have to learn that. But fortunately it's we're not talking about, you know, January. We're talking about September. So I imagine that I can Please try to get up to speed. I'm certainly okay with that date. It gives me time to figure things out and speak with whoever I need to speak with, whether it's to the division or I mean I've I've had previous um back and forth with um with the with the division uh representative Rosarda and she's been very helpful to me in trying to understand the steps along the way.
