We scheduled the procedural conference so that we could talk about a procedural schedule in this matter. And Mr. Frenchman, I know that You filed, I believe a day or two ago, um, pro hoc VJ, um, in this matter. And I just don't know if you've had a chance to kind of look over everything and see how much time you will actually need, but I'm going to start with the division and just kind of give me an update on how many days of hearing we might be looking at for this matter.

Sure. Your honor. So this is for the division again. We're looking, Your Honor, five to seven business days to represent our case.

Yes, Your Honor. For this year, we're looking around Mid-November, starting November 19th until every day in December, I'm available for this year. If you're looking for next year, then we can talk every month is fine with me.

What potential hearing dates are discussed for November and December 2026?

Yes. I'll, I'll come back from a training around November 19th. So starting November 19th, I'm available to have the hearing.

Yeah. So that, that timeframe will work for us. Yeah, I don't need to give you reasons because I think we agree with that timeframe.

Agree. I do note that, and I think we all know, that the week after the 19th is Thanksgiving week.

Yeah, that has a tendency to be a rather short week. And with Mr. Frenchman being on the East Coast, I don't know if... That is convenient for him. We've not talked about that. Making two trips for this hearing rather than one.

Yeah, during the holidays, and that's another whole issue. And honestly, my preference would be not to have the holidays associated with our... hearing dates. It just makes it difficult sometimes to get witnesses, you know, available during the holiday if it's like in the middle of the week or whatever. What about beginning the first, well, on November 30th and then flowing through until we're completed?
